Common questions

Does this work with my laser?

This prepares SVG artwork files only. It does not connect to a laser or guarantee downstream import or engraving results.

Where do my files go?

The downloaded application processes selected files in your browser and downloads the resulting ZIP. It does not upload customer artwork.

What happens if a file is missing?

The entire batch is rejected. No partial ZIP is created for a missing, duplicate, unsafe, or unsupported input.

How is it delivered?
